Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Marvel Peptide USA ships only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or to anyone we have reason to believe intends to export an order. Some states restrict particular products; under the Research Use Agreement you are responsible for confirming that what you order is lawful to receive and possess at your address, and for holding any license your state requires.

When it ships

Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Montana. An order paid by card at checkout ships the next business day. An order placed on invoice ships the business day after the invoice is settled. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays; an order paid on a Friday afternoon leaves on Monday.

Carriers and cost

Orders are carried by FedEx or USPS. The services available for your order and what each costs are shown at checkout, before the order is placed, and the full total including shipping appears before you pay. Where live rates are unavailable, a standard shipping charge is shown instead.

Where it is offered at checkout, an order may be collected from our warehouse instead of shipped, at no charge. You give a contact name and telephone number when you order, and we tell you when it is ready; the person collecting should be prepared to confirm the order.

Tracking

The tracking number is emailed to you when the label is made and is also shown on the order in your account. Delivery dates quoted by the carrier are estimates; weather and carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or credit.

Packaging and arrival

Vials are packed to protect them in transit. Research chemicals are sensitive to heat, light and handling, so take delivery promptly and store the contents as the label indicates, out of the reach of children and unauthorized persons. A certificate of analysis for the batch on each vial is available on the product page and from your account.

Addresses and changes

We ship to the address on the order, so check it before you place it. An address can be changed, and an order cancelled, only before it ships; once the carrier has it, it cannot be cancelled, changed or redirected by us. A parcel returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it is treated under section 11 of the Research Use Agreement and is not credited; write to us and we will tell you what can be done.

Title, risk and inspection

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Inspect each shipment on arrival. Report any shortage or damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the package and its contents. A shipment that has not arrived must be reported within 7 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. A shipment the carrier shows as delivered to your address is delivered. Reports made in time are handled as described on the Returns page and in section 12 of the Research Use Agreement.
