Returns Policy

All sales are final

Marvel Peptide USA does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason. Research chemicals are sensitive to heat, light and handling, and once a vial has left our control its condition cannot be verified again, so no product is accepted back into stock. This is section 11 of the Research Use Agreement you accept with every order.

Please do not send anything back to us. A shipment returned to Marvel Peptide USA is refused or destroyed and is not credited.

Shortages, damage and non-delivery

These are handled under section 12 of the Research Use Agreement, and they are the only grounds for a replacement or a credit.

• Shortage or damage: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the package and its contents.
• Non-delivery: tell us within 7 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. A shipment the carrier shows as delivered to your address is delivered, and later reports are waived.
• The wrong item: if what arrived is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph of the vial and its label.

Where a report is made in time, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected items or credit your account. No return of product is required or accepted. No replacement or credit is owed unless we have confirmed it in writing.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled only before it ships. Write to us as soon as possible, quoting the order number; if the order has not left, we cancel it. A card payment already taken for a cancelled order is returned to the card it was paid with, and an invoice not yet paid is cancelled. Once the carrier has the parcel, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Certificates of analysis

A certificate of analysis states the identity and purity of a batch as tested by an independent laboratory. It is not a statement of suitability for any use and it is not a warranty, and it is not grounds for a return. Products are supplied as is, for research use only, as section 13 of the Research Use Agreement sets out.

Disputes with your card issuer

Under the Research Use Agreement you agree not to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank in place of the process above for an order the carrier shows as delivered. Write to us first: a report made in time is answered, and a chargeback on a delivered order is contested with the carrier's record and your acceptance of the agreement.
